Opportunity. Product. Results.
Service Packages neatly scoped and priced!
The beauty of these service packages (we call them ‘products’) is that we can scope and price them in T-Shirt sizes, depending on the size of your business. That way, you know cost up-front, and the scope of work is always very clearly understood.
Establish foundation for ongoing Value
These service packages are intended to be foundational. We want to establish tools and insights that you can continue to utilize or serve as a springboard to further Optimization efforts.

How it Works
Finalizing service SOW’s can be annoyingly protracted – especially when dealing with a firm that’s new to you.
We make it easy by offering these products in T-Shirt sized levels. Services and pricing are standardized.
What’s completely custom is you! We follow the steps below to ensure that our products are aligned to your needs.
What's your T-Shirt size?
All four products are pre-scoped to the size of the task, or the size of your company – as appropriate to the product.
The System packages are based on the nature of the software system we’re evaluating, and the management and data products are based on company size.
We measure You
Yes, it’s an “off-the-rack” product. But just like a suit, there are things that need to be altered so the suit works optimally for you.
In our case, we may want to focus the testing regimen or accentuate a certain part of an RFP, or add additional forms to management tasks.
So this is where we use our tape measure!
Try it On
You’ve picked the ‘suit’ and we’ve made whatever minor adjustments are needed, so now it’s time to sit down fr a few minutes and work out the logistics of timing, access and scheduling of whatever internal resource will be required from you.
Think of it as a final staging before the work gets underway.
We do the Work
And here’s the thing – when TPG ‘does the work’, our focus is on two things. First, your satisfaction with our services. Second, that we don’t do it in a vaccuum. That means that ‘work’ is also defined as mentoring.
We want your staff to both see and understand everything we’re doing. That way, we’ve provided an important service within a service.
Are you satisfied?
Time to review how things went! Remember that at TPG success is defined as “the client’s satisfaction’ – and we mean it! If there’s anything about the service that we provided that you’re dissatisfied with, we’ll fix it. Period.
Aside from that, together we’ll review what the goals were, what we did, and what the outcome and benefits were.
And we ask if there’s more you need.
We follow up
Even if there’s nothing else you’d like from us immediately, we;ll be back in touch. Not to sell, but to make sure you’re still happy with the service we provided.
We say it repeatedly: we want a long-term relationship and we mean it. That doesn’t have to mean you’re continuously engaging us. We just want to stay in touch, keeping abreast on your success, answering questions or suggesting things you might look at.
To be a trusted advisor.
How We Work
A Process Proven Time & Time Again
Visibility. Transparency. Openness.
These are qualities we bring to every engagement. We’re proud of the job we do, we’recommitted to your success. And we want to teach.
01
When we evaluate and plan the work, you’re an essential partner. We don’t know your business, you do. We need to learn from you. So we listen and watch and dig.
02
When we do the work, we want you looking over our shoulder! A lot of consults hate it – we prefer it. We are all experienced here at TPG, both as doers and as teachers.
And communication is critical. Not just successes, but issues that arise. You’ll know daily exactly where you are because we provide dashboards that show you – real time.
03
When we’re done, you have the ‘hard’ deliverables. But you also have a collection of soft ones: training, visibility into our process, extensive reviews and, always, recommendations on how you might optimize what we’ve brought to your table.
