RPA. Process Automation. Orchestration.

Desktop. Systems. Corporate.

Welcome to the era of HyperAutomation

Desktop

Commonly known as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), the capabilities are astonishing, including AI. Useful for an extraordinary range of tasks.

Rules Engine

A business rules engine lays out logic, sometimes very complex logic, to ensure that decision points – escalations, branches, integrations, etc. – function according to rules.

Approvals / Escalations

A real strength of process automation is the provision of approvals and automated escalations, eliminating the possibility of delay.

Interactive Bots

Imagine a Customer Service bot that’s integrated into your Order System, able to handle eighty percent or more of all customer calls. And do it in a way that seems, well, human.

Enterprise Integration

Modern automation software provides extensive connectors and programmatic interface protocols for easy inter-system communication.

Easy Optimization

Once a process instance has begun, it’s tracked and fully visible. Routing can be adjusted dynamically for efficiency, and models can be prototyped for improvement.

HyperAutomation opportunities are everywhere inside your business

From the receptionist’s desk to HR to the factory floor and the Distribution Center. From invoice handling to the supply chain vendor portal. From your web site to Financials and Marketing.  And, of course, into brick-and-mortar stores. There isn’t an area of your business that doesn’t have an opportunity to benefit from automation.

And the ROI can be staggering.

The three phases

The three phases

The three phases

Discovery

Discovery is top-down when the underlying process is manually evaluated; it’s bottom-up when software is used to objectively ‘mine’ it. Together they provide complete insight into what the “as-is” state of the process involves.

Modeling

This step evaluates the “as-is” process and designs a replacement – which can be as simple as reading an invoice and updating a screen, or a complex corporate process involving many people and many systems.

Implementation

The model is a symbolic representation that becomes the actual specification for the automation software to perform. This implementation can involve databases, human tasks and other software systems.

Technology is now Gen2

At TPG, we think of the current state of Automation as “broad spectrum” software, very aware that no single package is right for every company or situation. The capabilities of the industry are growing fast and it’s critically important to success – and ROI – that you find the right mix for your situation.

What Can We Do For You?

Dig

We are sensational diggers. We know how to get under the covers and learn what’s really going on. We do it top-down and bottom-up and we provide a very detailed set of metrics by way of documentation.

Identify

When we begin to look at automation opportunities in your company, we look for the proverbial ‘low-hanging fruit’. We want to find that simple, but high ROI project as an ideal first implementation.

Prove

An approach that we find demonstrates its value over and over again is doing a ‘Proof of Concept” when you’re just not certain how this notion of automation is going to be received.

Mentor

It’s not enough that we know how to do it – our goal is to make your people self-sufficient. We want to democratize process modeling and implementation! You’ll make your own best automation ambassador.

Establish Governance

Just like data, processes need corporate-wide coordination to avoid redundancy and encourage adherence to standards. Creating a formal process governance office is the way to do it!

Roadmap

So we’ve established democratization and governance and we have a solid win in our pockets. Now is the time to chart out the future, to evaluate the priorities and ROI of all the opportunities ahead.

Get Started

It’s Never Too Late or Too Early to Get Started

One of the nice things about hyperautomation is that you can implement incrementally, at whatever pace and scope works for you. We can help you find that sweet spot.
